Honey soy ginger hen with vermicelli salad

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Honey Soy Ginger Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp h2o
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • ¼ lemon, juiced

Mix all substances in a compact bowl and use as for each recipe.

To provide

  • 1 bunch mint, leaves picked
