Honey soy ginger hen with vermicelli salad
HONEY SOY GINGER Hen WITH VERMICELLI SALAD
Prepared in 30 minutes
- 550g absolutely free assortment lean chicken breasts, cut into steaks

- 100g vermicelli noodles
- 200g carrot zoodles
- 2 toddler bok choy, thinly sliced

- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Honey Soy Ginger Sauce
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp h2o
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- ¼ lemon, juiced
Mix all substances in a compact bowl and use as for each recipe.
